Maintain chapter GPA of 3.0 and above.
Membership
Increase NSBE MSU chapter membership by 35% within the next academic year (Fall 2024 - Spring 2025), with a focus on recruiting underrepresented students in STEM fields at MSU.
Outreach & Engagement
Deliver high-impact programming that consistently results in participation of 70% or greater of the total membership in general body meetings.
Employment Experience
Increase the percentage of members who report feeling well-prepared for their internships, co-ops, or full-time jobs upon graduation by 15% by the end of the academic year (May 2025). This will be measured through a mid-year and post graduation survey.
Financial Stability
Secure at least 80% of the $62,500 chapter fundraising goal by January 31, 2025.
